1. Free Online Discovery

Join us for a complimentary online discovery session to explore the potential of Zoho ONE for your business. In this session, we’ll delve into your business vision and strategy, as well as your current systems. Plus, we’ll demonstrate one of our industry prototypes and how it can be tailored to suit your business needs.

2. Tailored Quote

After our online discovery session, we’ll provide you with an online form to choose a prototype and any additional features you’re interested in. This will enable us to create a personalized quote for your business. If you’re satisfied with the quote, you can pay the initial deposit and provide us with the necessary documents to begin building your prototype.

3. Software Design

Next, we’ll create your prototype and reach out to you and your team to schedule a design phase workshop. During this workshop, we’ll showcase the prototype and make any further customizations together.
We highly recommend involving your team in this process as it promotes buy-in and more effective change management within the business.

4. Test and Refine

You’ll have a two-month window to test and fine-tune the system. Any alterations to the system must fall within the parameters of the initial scope. Additional features can be acquired at an extra cost, and the timeline for construction and development will depend on our availability.

5. Train and Implement

We collaborate with you to identify the optimal training and implementation approach for your business. We can customize it to suit your preferences. Our training solutions include a blend of online and on-site training, as well as online training manuals delivered through both group and individualized training sessions.

6. On-going Support

We provide ongoing maintenance and support packages, including do-it-yourself (DIY) support alternatives that enable you to learn how to further customize your software to meet your specific needs and requirements. These packages can be personalised to match your preferences and range from 4 to 20 hours per month.

Not only will our pre-designed templates offer you the essential functionalities you need, but they’ll also save you hours of researching alternative solutions and trying to configure the system yourself.

Why do I need a Zoho Partner?

We are frequently approached by a number of clients who have tried to implement Zoho ONE with the help of online Zoho Support. Zoho ONE however has over 45 + applications and some Zoho apps offer similar functionality to others. It will therefore take you a considerable amount of time trying to research which solution is best for your business.

With over 15 years of international experience building systems and more than 20 years of experience working with medium to large corporates, our founder Kim Mclachlan has a unique skill set that sets her apart from other developers. She is also a Zoho One partner, having used the platform for more than eight years and having partnered with Zoho for more than five years.

Do you provide Zoho Training?

Our office in Maroochydore is set up to facilitate client training and to fast track the implementation process. We have a dedicated 6 seat client hub and a boardroom. We also have further larger boardrooms available on site that can seat up to 28 people. We welcome our clients to come into our office where they can dedicate their time to learning how to use the system.

We can also facilitate onsite training at your offices in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast. In a number of instances, we have attended construction sites to observe the teams in action and how they use Zoho. By observing how your team uses Zoho, we can establish whether the system is working as intended. We can also use these observations to refine the system and to improve efficiencies in the business.

What if I am not based in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast?

We work with our clients to meet their needs and requirements and can still provide onsite training in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Canberra. We also have online training sessions available using a provider of your choice e.g. Zoho Meeting, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.

Which applications are the most commonly used in Zoho ONE?

Most of our clients use Zoho CRM as their starting point. This is because a CRM system enables them to provide client centric solutions to their clients. We also generally integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Forms, Zoho Books, Zoho Bookings and Zoho Workdrive.

For clients with unique requirements, we leverage Zoho Creator, a low-code platform that allows us to construct custom solutions up to ten times faster than conventional software development methods.
